1. Do I need to pay for the Custom?

2. How to track my order?

The terms of delivery depend on the country. It takes 5-7 working days to deliver items to USA.. For all international orders, packages take 7-10 working days. All the products are shipped by EMS, DHL or USPS with confirmation (Depending on availability).


7. Who pays for the Duties and Tariffs on international shipments?
Customs clearance charges are your responsibility, as we have no control over these charges and cannot even predict what they will be. You should contact your local custom office for more detail.


8. Are there any other hidden fees to pay besides for the product and the shipping?
No, there are no additional fees to be paid. Our post purchase support and warranty charges are all included in your final purchase price. We always mark on the package that the value of the package is less than 30 USD, most of the countries won't charge extra taxes for the value. Or we will send the parcel as gifts to avoid tax charged. The entire purchase price would be only the item purchase price plus the shipping fee. 9. Can I get my money back if I am not satisfied with your product or service?
We will gladly refund any defective product and exchange any unwanted products, within 14 days of arrival. There is a14-DAY WARRANTY on the items, for manufacturers' defects ONLY. This does not cover damage due to wear and tear and any other damage
